I created this layout for a display for an Open House I am doing at a customer's house this weekend. I wanted to showcase the Spring papers featured in our Spring 2009 Idea Book along with some fun accessories and a few techniques.
For the techniques I used the Cocoa stamp pad and sponge for distressing all the edges of the papers to create a soft look. I also used the Create-a-Shade paint on the large white flower to make to give it a pearly look. It if very difficult to photograph that, but trust me it looks great! To add dimension I popped up the three 4 x 6 photos. Again that does not show well in the photograph.
Products Used: (all CTMH)
Emporium Paper Packet
Emporium My Stickease
Pewter Designer Brads
Winter Cozy Sassy Strands
Just Blooms Big Pinks
Create-a-Shade Paint
Cocoa Stamp Pad for distressing

I just came across your blog last night, and I have to say I love this design! I am running out the door now, but I will check back this afternoon. I am in Colorado as well, which is part of the reason your blog caught my eye.
Thanks for the inspiration!
Angie
