MPS Challenge #9 - Take Shape

OK, so I was not able to participate on National Scrapbook Day due to a Girl Scout sleep over. But now that it is over and I am somewhat recovered I am going to get some of these My Pink Stamper Challenges done! Yes, this is out of order so just bare with me.

I wanted to start off this the Take Shape challenge because I have not been a very happy wife to my dear husband and I wanted to make him a quick and cute card for my "crabbiness". I thought making a crab card would do the trick!

Gone Fishing Layout

OK, I finaly fisinshed this layout with the cute fishing bear I posted yesturday. I was planning on selling this layout but decided I love it way to much! My second oldest daughter when on a Girl Scout fishing trip last year with her Dad and I think this will be perfect for those pictures. Now I just need to get those photos ordered so I can finish this up and put it in her album.

My First Bear Paper Piecing

So I am tying something new with my scrapbook layouts, paper piecing! I see all these cute paper piecing and decided that I wanted to try and make some. I found this cute patern Treasure Box Designs. They have some super cute patterns!

Anyways, here is the bear I have been working on. I ended up having to go to Michaels to get a few tools to finish him up. I am now working on the layout he will be placed on. I will post the layout as soon as I am done.

Isn't he cute!!

Spring Chick Page Border

I just finished up this cute page border! For this project I used the Easter Cricut seasonal cartridge, Hello Kitty Font cartridge along with an EK Success punch that I just purchased today. Isn't it cute? I also used my Gypsy to weld the grass together to create one long piece of grass.
