MIA For Awhile

I have been MIA for awhile and I am so sorry. I have been beyond busy with Etsy orders that I can't even see straight!! It's a good thing, just have not had much time for anything else in my life. I am behind on decorating and baking for the holiday's. Haven't even thought of what I am going to do for this year's Christmas cards. School will be out in a week and I have no idea what I am going to do to keep 4 kids happy for a week while we wait for Christmas to arrive!! Should be an interesting December.

Busy, Busy, Busy!!

I have been super busy this summer with Etsy orders!! Unfortunately that means my blog has been on the back burner. Sorry about that. :(

Christmas In July: Christmas Wishes Card

Who doesn't need a little Christmas in the middle of summer. I created this card for a Christmas In July swap and I am pretty happy with they way it turned out.

I used Just Because cards for the cardbase and welded (with my Gypsy) the star border from Winter Frolic. Everything else is just cut and layered on the card.

Close To My Heart Is Teaming Up With Cricut

New Goodies!!

Look at these fun new goodies for me to play with!! As soon as Cricut came out with the Event cartridges I ordered Girl's Make Up Party.  Purchased Slumber Party off Ebay and got it in time for the June double points. Then I was a bad girl and ordered the HSN special they had going for the original Cricut just to get the County Fair cartridge! I think I am keeping the Cricut even though I have the Expressions and Imagine. My kids can play with the original and I can use it for crops too. The stamps are from Pink By Design. This is my first time buying from her and I just love these stamps. Going to sit down and start creating some cards!!

Cupcake 12x12 Framed Art

So a few days ago I received my Cricut Cartridge - Love You a Latte. I love this cartage just as much as I love my coffee!! For my first project with this cartridge I decided to make a decor piece for my scrapbook room. I am in love with cupcakes and I decided that this is how I am going to decorate my room. Once I get some vinyl I'm going to make lettering for my room saying " Sweet E's Sweet Shop". All of my paper, embellishments, machines and goodies makes me feel like a kid in a candy store.

Anyways onto my project. I cut this out using the fit to page feature.

Father's Day Cards

I whipped up these two cards today just in time to give these to my dear husband and father tomorrow. I used the new seasonal Father's Day Cricut Cartridge. Both images where cut out at 3.25" and I made a standard A2 size card.
